store your credit card details in our database. Once your payment has been processed

In the event that you require a refund, we pass the transaction number back to our bank with the refund request.

before you pick your car up. You will only be refunded your part payment if you have chosen to take out Cancellation Protection when making your reservation.
Please note that we can not refund a part payment until a minimum of 24 hours has passed after a booking is made.
